Titanium Booth

An architectural installation that reimagines how tile materials are experienced—not as static showroom objects, but as surfaces to be read, touched, and felt. Inspired by the spatial language of a library, the design challenges the conventional perception of tile showrooms as cold and rigid spaces, - reimagining them as dynamic, comfortable, and welcoming environments that encourage people to linger and engage. The library concept fosters slowness, intimacy, and reflection—qualities often absent in conventional tile displays.

Raw, sustainable plywood is used as a complementary natural material, introducing warmth and tactility that balances the formality and solidity of tile elements. The contrasting materiality between industrial tiles and natural plywood forms the conceptual core: a dialogue between precision and imperfection, between mass production and modest craft.
